    We have a number of resources you can access with your child to support their learning and you can visit these sites by clicking the links below. 

    Your child's USO (unique sign on) will give you access to all the content on the London Grid for Learning. If you cannot remember those login details please contact your child's class teacher.

    MATHS AT HOME

    This is a resource made by Mr Pile for the LGfL. It has over 200 videos that cover every statement in the National Curriculum. The videos show you a concept, how you could approach it and suggests an activity you could try at home.

    GRAMMAR EXPLAINED

    If you are not sure what the difference is between an adjective, adverb or fronted adverbial, then this is the resource for you. There are over 80 videos covering all the grammar concepts your child needs to know at primary school.

    BUSY THINGS

    This is a wonderful resource which you can access using your LGfL username and password. It has sections built for EYFS, Key Stage One and Key Stage Two and is packed with interactive content for almost every subject of the National Curriculum. Have fun while you learn at home!

    If you want to find out about how some of our most loved children's authors came up with the idea for their book, or who their characters were based on then Reading Zone live is for you. There are writers, illustrators, and poets all encouraging reading for pleasure.

    TT ROCKSTARS

    This is a great way to encourage children to learn their multiplication tables. As they play they earn coins which can be used to buy more kit for their rock star. They are graded on speed and as they play they get faster and faster.

    There is a lot of great content on YouTube and YouTube Kids. For example, Maddie Moate, from Do You Know on CBBC, has her own channel exploring an amazing range of topics and interests. It's like a video encyclopaedia.

    SPELLING SHED

    This is available as an app for mobile devices or you can access it from a website. The device reads a word out to the player and then the player spells the word, either, tapping the letters of the word in the correct order or choosing from the whole alphabet.

    If you want to watch a film at home, but aren't sure what to choose the Into Film website is your place! You can search for films by age, length, topic and certification. There are also competitions and events to take part in.

    One of the best things to do with children is get messy and make it memorable. The Kids Zone of the Science Fun website is packed with simple experiments to try at home. You'll hate the mess but love the memories you create together.
