We are very proud of our club offer at Anson. The variety of clubs on offer changes each term so that we can try to give the children the best opportunity to try new things and learn new skills. Our Girls' Football Club was featured in the press in 2025 and 2026. We offer places to the girls at no cost to try and help develop a love of the game and build equality in the sport.

This year we are joined by Rock Steady Music for a pioneering child-led curriculum which has been created from decades of experience of teaching in primary schools and covers vocals, keyboards, drums, electric guitar and bass.
Lessons are designed to build on your child’s individual learning and motivational style. One of the most exciting and innovative elements of the programme is that your child will get to play real music, in their own band, from the very first lesson!
The inclusive nature of the lessons means everyone can positively benefit, whatever their needs. Rocksteady is suitable for any child in mainstream education and our teachers regularly work with children who have complex needs.
Rocksteady is the UK’s largest rock school, trusted by thousands of primary schools to deliver lessons to tens of thousands of children every week.
Places are limited and are booked directly with Rock Steady Music.

The gigs can be viewed on Anson TV here
